New Service in BizCore System
Services in BizCore allow you to categorize and organize the different types of support your company offers. By creating clear and specific services, you make it easier for clients to select the correct service type when submitting a ticket, and you help your support team route issues to the right department. This guide walks you through the step-by-step process of adding a new service in BizCore.
Access the Service Setup
1. Log in to your BizCore administrator account.
2. Navigate to the Setup menu from the sidebar or top navigation bar.
3. Click on Support to expand the support configuration settings.
4. Select Services to view the list of existing services.
5. Click the + New Service button to create a new service.
Configure the Service
You will be prompted to fill in the service details:

2. Click Save to create the new service.
3. The new service will now appear in the list of available services and will be selectable when a client or staff member creates a ticket.
Managing Existing Services
Once services are created, you can manage them at any time:
– Edit a Service: Click the Edit icon to rename or update an existing service.
– Delete a Service: Remove unused services by clicking the Delete icon. (Use caution — removing a service may affect tickets assigned to it.)
