Table Customization Guide
The Table Customization feature in BizCore allows you to configure and personalize how data is displayed in key modules, ensuring that your team sees the most relevant information for their workflow. This feature provides flexibility by letting you choose which columns are visible in each table view, allowing for a cleaner, more organized interface tailored to your company’s requirements.
By customizing tables, you can:
– Optimize data visibility by showing only the columns that matter.
– Improve team efficiency by reducing clutter and unnecessary scrolling.
– Standardize table layouts across departments for consistency.
Accessing the Table Customize Menu
Follow these steps to access the Table Customization feature:
1. Log In to BizCore
Use your administrator credentials to log into the BizCore system.
2. Navigate to Setup
On the left navigation panel, click on Setup.
3. Open Table Customize
Under the Custom Tables section, click Table Customize.
This will open the customization interface where you can edit the table view for multiple modules.
Available Modules for Customization
In the Table Customize section, you will find the following tables available for customization:

Customizing Table Columns
Each module has two panels in the customization interface:
1. Available Columns – The list of all fields that can be displayed in the selected table but are currently hidden.
2. Selected Columns – The list of fields currently displayed in the table.
Steps to Customize Columns
1. Select the Module
At the top of the screen, choose the module you want to customize (e.g., Leads, Accounts).
2. Review Available Columns
On the left side, you will see the list of Available Columns.
3. Move Columns to Selected
– To display a column, click on it under Available Columns and move it to Selected Columns (using the add button or drag-and-drop function, depending on your BizCore version).
– To remove a column from the table view, move it back from Selected Columns to Available Columns.
4. Reorder Columns
– Use the drag-and-drop feature to rearrange the order of columns in the Selected Columns panel.
– The order you choose here will determine how columns are displayed left-to-right in the table view.
5. Save Changes
Click Save to apply the customized column view.
