How to Configure the Client Menu

The Client Menu in BizCore controls the navigation menu visible to your clients when they access the client portal. Customizing the Client Menu ensures that your clients see the most relevant features first, improving their experience and making it easier for them to interact with your company.

By rearranging the Client Menu, you can prioritize the features that matter most—such as Invoices, Quotations, Projects, or Support—based on your company’s workflow and client needs.

Prerequisites

Before configuring the Client Menu, ensure that you:

– Have Administrator permissions or access to Menu Setup in BizCore.

– Understand which modules your clients should see (e.g., Finance-related, Support-related).

– Have a clear idea of the preferred order for these menu items to optimize usability.

Access the Client Menu Setup

1. Log in to your BizCore administrator account.

2. From the main navigation menu, click Setup.

3. Under Menu Setup, click Client Menu.

You will see a list of all menu items currently available in the client portal.

Rearrange Client Menu Items

The Client Menu configuration screen allows you to easily rearrange menu items using drag-and-drop:

1. Click and Hold the menu item you want to move.

2. Drag it up or down to the desired position.

3. Drop it when it is in the correct location.

4. Repeat the process until the Client Menu reflects your desired order.
