Purchase Report
Module: Purchase
Purpose: To provide clear, accurate, and structured reporting on all purchase activities—including purchase orders, invoices, costs, and statistics—to support decision-making, financial tracking, and operational planning.

Overview
The Purchase Report function allows users to analyze, monitor, and evaluate purchase transactions across different time periods and currencies. It consolidates data from purchase orders, invoices, and vendor records to generate reports that help procurement, finance, and management teams gain valuable insights into company purchasing trends.
Reports can be filtered by:
Time Period: This month, Last month, This year, Last year, All time.
Currency: Ensures only purchase data in the selected currency is displayed.
Departments, Projects, Vendors, and Statuses (depending on report type).
These reports provide a comprehensive overview of all procurement activities and enable better budget planning, cost control, and vendor performance evaluation.
Accessing Purchase Reports
1. From the left sidebar, navigate to Purchase Module.
2. Select Purchase Reports.
3. Choose the desired report type from the list.
4. Use the filters (time range, currency, vendor, project, department) to refine the report data.
5. Click Generate or Apply Filters to display the report.
Cost of Imported Goods Report

Description
This report displays the purchase cost for each item based on each purchase order. It allows users to track the cost of goods over time and analyze import spending trends.

– Purchase Price
– Currency
– Date of PO
– Department / Project (if applicable)
PO Voucher Report

Description
This report provides a comprehensive list of all Purchase Orders within the selected period. It displays key details about each PO, including vendor information, department, project, PO status, delivery status, and payment status.
Key Data Displayed
– PO Number
– Vendor Name
– Department / Project
– PO Date
– PO Status (Draft, Approved, Delivered, etc.)
– Delivery Status (Pending, Partially Delivered, Fully Delivered)
– Payment Status (Unpaid, Partially Paid, Paid)
– Currency
Purchase Order Report

Description
This report summarizes PO details focusing on financial values, including total PO value, total tax, and total taxable PO value. It is useful for cost analysis and financial reporting.

– PO Value (without tax)
– Tax Amount
– Total Taxable Value
Purchase Invoices Report

Description
This report provides statistics of purchase invoices that were created from Purchase Orders or Contracts. It enables users to track invoice volumes, amounts, and trends.

– Payment Status
Purchase Statistics by Number of POs

Description
This statistical report shows the number of purchase orders by month of the year, categorized by their current status. It provides an overview of procurement activity patterns.

– Total Number of POs
– Number of Approved POs
– Number of Draft / Pending / Canceled POs
– Number of Delivered POs.
Purchase Statistics by Cost
Description
This report summarizes the total PO value (including tax) by month. It gives a clear view of the company’s purchasing expenditure trends throughout the year.
