Training Programs Menu in HR Records Module
Overview
The Training Programs screen in the HR Records Module is designed to create, manage, and monitor employee training programs within the organization. This feature allows administrators to assign structured training sessions, define skill types, set completion criteria, and track employee progress.
Training programs can be linked to question sets from the Training Libraries screen, ensuring that each training course includes standardized content for skill assessment. HR managers can also assign training programs to specific employees or job positions to ensure relevant skill development.

|---|---|
| Training Program Name | Enter the name of the training program. The name should clearly describe the focus or purpose of the training. |
| Training Type | Select the skill type for this training program. This field retrieves available options from Setup → Section 1.5. Once a training type is selected, the system automatically loads the corresponding question set from the Training Libraries screen. |
